The reasons I love my Stanley cup are because it fits 40 oz of water and keeps me well hydrated without having to fill up often, keeps my water cold with ice for hours, has a convenient handle so I can carry it with one hand and it perfectly nests in my Peloton handle bars for workouts. It is a cup and not meant to be spill proof, I suggest this as a drinking glass you would use at home or keep at an office, not on the go.
